Becoming an Arkansas Claims Adjuster can be an appealing profession that can be quite lucrative.
But before you can begin working as an Insurance Adjuster, you must first obtain your AR Insurance Adjuster License.
AR Adjuster License Requirements:
18 years of age or older
1 year experience in claims adjusting and/or must work under direct supervision of an Arkansas licensed adjuster for 1 year after licensure to maintain adjuster license
Complete the Arkansas Insurance Adjuster License application and submit with $60 application fee
No Continuing Education is required
Non-Resident Arkansas Insurance Adjuster License
Non-resident applicants for an AR Adjuster License must submit an application. Please visit the National Insurance Producer Registry for more information on Arkansas non-resident licensing.
NOTE: Arkansas grants reciprocity to adjusters holding a license from their home state. However, if your home state does not require a license, you must successfully pass the Arkansas state adjuster exam.
