Continuing education is required for DE resident licensees only. 21 General and 3 Ethics hours are required for the two year reporting period. Non-residents need only to be compliant with their home state’s CE requirements.
Non-Resident Delaware Insurance Adjuster License
Non-resident applicants for a DE Adjuster License must submit an application. Please visit the National Insurance Producer Registry for more information on Delaware non-resident licensing.
NOTE: Delaware grants reciprocity to adjusters holding a license from their home state. However, if your home state does not require a license, you must successfully pass the Delaware state adjuster exam. Adjusters working catastrophic claims are not required to be licensed in Delaware.
