The REBC designation signifies that an individual working in these fields has attained comprehensive knowledge of the following subject matter: pensions, retirement planning, group medical plans, long-term care, executive compensation, and personnel management.

Curriculum

Candidates must pass an examination for five of the following courses to earn the designation - three required and two electives.

Required Courses

Elective Courses (choose 2)

As a general rule, candidates should plan to spend 50-70 hours studying for each course. The program can be completed as quickly as a candidate desires, but most students complete their designation requirements within 15-24 months.
