- Certification Exam
Your state requires this certification exam in order to receive a prelicensing education Certificate of Completion. The online Certification Exam must be monitored by a disinterested third party (Proctor).
Common proctors include teaching staff of an accredited institution of higher education, a member of the Armed Forces, Human Resource Director or Manager, High School Administrator, or a local librarian.
Receipt of Materials
Instructions to access the online course will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days of your paid registration.
Please Note: Online programs are NON-REFUNDABLE once the course has been accessed. Refunds are only available, up to 30 days after the purchase date, if the student has not yet begun the course.

Online Courses and Study Materials
Access to online courses and online study materials will be granted for 4 months from the date of purchase. 60 day extensions may be granted on an as-needed basis. Please call out office for course extension requests.
Returns Policy
Live Class
If you cancel your enrollment in a Live Class, you will receive a refund (minus shipping and a $20 restocking fee) upon the return of unused materials, for up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
If you cancel within the 30 day time frame, but also within 7 days of the class start date or after, a cancellation/restocking fee of $100 or 50% of your original class cost, whichever is less, will apply. All materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging.
Reschedules/Transfers
You may only reschedule/transfer if you have not attended the class. A class may be rescheduled/transferred up to four (4) times at no charge, provided the request is made eight (8) days prior to your class start date. If your request is within 7 days of your class start date, or after the class has started, you will be subject to a $20 administrative fee.
Online Class
Online courses are only eligible for a refund within 30
days of purchase, and only if the course or class has NOT been accessed. A $20 administrative fee will apply. Online courses are not eligible for Reschedules, Transfers, or PassProtection™ Retakes, as archives are available.
Self-Study Materials
Returns of paper-based study materials, prepackaged software, or product packages will be accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your order. If materials have been used or damaged, a $20 restock fee applies.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for all materials purchased, for all class formats. |
