This class is designed primarily for mortgage underwriters & loan processors as well as all mortgage professionals wishing to learn how to become a FHA DE Underwriter and get sponsored by a lender or bank.

This six-hour class is held on the dates and times as posted herein.

You will need the following: 1) a Computer, 2) Internet (DSL or higher) and 3) Computer Speakers. Please check beforehand to make sure these items are working properly. Note: dial-up internet connection will not work and wireless internet must have a full signal.
About The Instructor:
With strong expertise in underwriting and auditing in the Residential Mortgage Market, Karen Rosini has over 25 years as a Conventional and Government Underwriter in the Mortgage Industry. Karen was employed as a Residential Auditor for several years, worked as a Manager and trained many employees, including Processors, Closers, and Underwriters. Karen is currently working for a large banking institution as a Manager and Underwriter. Karen appreciates all questions and will answer them as they are asked and share with the class. Karen also writes a weekly FHA Underwriting Blog for the National Association of Mortgage Processors� (NAMP�).
Cancellation Policy:
A written notice must be given at least 30 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the ORIGINAL class start date to receive a refund (minus a $75 cancellation fee per class). However, if you have registered for a class that starts sooner than 30 days, then no refund will be given.
Also, no refunds will be provided for classes purchased as part of a special offer, bundled package or group discount rate. In addition, no refunds will be provided once a class has started, so if you cannot attend for any reason, we will simply reschedule you for a later date. Note: if you're not able to meet our system requirements (computer & internet connection), we suggest re-taking the class on a different computer because refunds due to computer issues will not be granted.
