Reciprocity Rules

Kentucky Residents - If you are a resident of Kentucky, you MUST secure the Kentucky Adjuster License by taking the Kentucky Adjuster License Exam by Prometric, for which this course will prepare you.

Non-Residents of Kentucky (Read this carefully!) - If you live in a state where an adjuster's license IS required, and you possess an adjuster's license in that state, you may be exempt from the Kentucky Adjuster Licensing Exam if your state requires a similar pre-licensing exam.

However! If you live in a state that does NOT license adjusters, you MUST take the West Virginal licensing exam in order to secure your non-resident Kentucky adjuster license. (Ref: Kentucky Legislative Rule §114-25-18. Licensing of Nonresident Adjusters)
