You should elect to have the materials shipped UPS next-day air(selected during the checkout process); such Express orders must be received by 3:00pm EST to be delivered the following business day. Any overnight orders received after that time will ship the next business day. Note: Any orders that are not upgraded to overnight shipping during checkout for classes beginning within 3 business days risk the chance of materials not arriving in time for class.

Our PassProtection™ program allows you to reschedule your review course complimentary up to 3 times within one year of your purchase date (after taking the course this fourth time, a separate fee will be charged for any enrollment thereafter).

Online Courses and Study Materials
Access to online courses and online study materials will be granted for 4 months from the date of purchase. 60 day extensions may be granted on an as-needed basis. Please call out office for course extension requests.
If you cancel your enrollment in a Live Class, you will receive a refund (minus shipping and a $20 restocking fee) upon the return of unused materials, for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from your purchase date.
If you cancel within the 30 day time frame, but also within 7 days of the class start date or after, a cancellation/restocking fee of $100 or 50% of your original class cost, whichever is less, will apply. All materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging.
Reschedules / Transfers
If you need to reschedule (change the date) or transfer (change the location) your live class, you may do so up to (3) times at no charge, provided the request is made eight (8) days prior to your class start date. If your request is within seven (7) days of your start date, or after the class has started, you may be subject to a $20 administrative fee. If you transfer/reschedule the same class more than three (3) times in a year, an administrative fee may apply to each subsequent reschedule/transfer.
Online courses are only eligible for a refund within 30
days of purchase, and only if the course or class has NOT been accessed. A $20 administrative fee will apply. Online courses are not eligible for Reschedules, Transfers, or PassProtection™ Retakes, as archives are available.
Returns of paper-based study materials, prepackaged software, or product packages will be accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your order. If materials have been used or damaged, a $20 restock fee applies.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for all materials purchased, for all class formats.
