This California Accident & Health Insurance 32-Hour Pre-licensing course is focused on providing the information necessary to prepare students to pass their licensing examination.
This course is held over various dates and times. See class format below for schedule.
This course satisfies the required 20-hours of pre-licensing education as a prerequisite to sitting for the Accident & Health Insurance state licensing exam. It also includes the required 12 hours of Code and Ethics pre-licensing material.
Please Note: If you wish to be licensed in Life and Health insurance, you will need to take the Life and Health insurance pre-licensing course listed here.
Class Format:
The course is taught over a period of 6 days, according to the class schedule listed below. Students must attend all sessions to receive a Certificate of Completion that will allow you to sit for the state exam.Day 1: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Day 2: No Class
Day 3: 1:00pm - 5:30pm
Day 4: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Day 5: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Day 6: 8:00am - 1:00pm

The printed materials noted above in the Premium Instruction Study Solution are shipped via UPS. Please allow 4 business days for delivery (shipping charges will be applied during checkout).
Access instructions for the online portions of this program will be emailed to you within 1 business day of your paid registration.
If you are registering for a class within 3 business days of the class start date:
You should elect to have the materials shipped UPS next-day air(selected during the checkout process); such Express orders must be received by 3:00pm EST to be delivered the following business day. Any overnight orders received after that time will ship the next business day. Note: Any orders that are not upgraded to overnight shipping during checkout for classes beginning within 3 business days risk the chance of materials not arriving in time for class.

Online Courses and Study Materials
Access to online courses and online study materials will be granted for 4 months from the date of purchase. 60 day extensions may be granted on an as-needed basis. Please call out office for course extension requests.
Returns Policy
Live Class
If you cancel your enrollment in a Live Class, you will receive a refund (minus shipping and a $20 restocking fee) upon the return of unused materials, for up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
If you cancel within the 30 day time frame, but also within 7 days of the class start date or after, a cancellation/restocking fee of $100 or 50% of your original class cost, whichever is less, will apply. All materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging.
Reschedules/Transfers
You may only reschedule/transfer if you have not attended the class. A class may be rescheduled/transferred up to four (4) times at no charge, provided the request is made eight (8) days prior to your class start date. If your request is within 7 days of your class start date, or after the class has started, you will be subject to a $20 administrative fee.
Online Class
Online courses are only eligible for a refund within 30
days of purchase, and only if the course or class has NOT been accessed. A $20 administrative fee will apply. Online courses are not eligible for Reschedules, Transfers, or PassProtection™ Retakes, as archives are available.
Self-Study Materials
Returns of paper-based study materials, prepackaged software, or product packages will be accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your order. If materials have been used or damaged, a $20 restock fee applies.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for all materials purchased, for all class formats. |
